Update: Elizabeth Cobb is going after her doctorate and Social Media Tour on September 17th!

Tomorrow morning, I am heading to the University of Cincinnati! A couple weeks ago, the Program Director of Georgetown College emailed me and stated, "Elizabeth, you have to turn in your portfolio, and take one last test to earn your second MA in Special Education?"

WOW! Reality check....... I was so close and put my dream, to earn my second MA in Special Education, on hold while I focused on my career and passion for entrepreneurship. Education is a major priority in my life. She also stated, "Where are you?" I emailed her back immediately and updated her on my new position with Rivodeaux Marketing and scheduled the test tomorrow morning.

In addition, a couple days later, I received an email from Northcentral University. "Elizabeth, we are updating our records and curious if you are interested in the doctorate program?" OK! Another sign from heaven. I emailed him immediately, from my blackberry, and now I'm waiting to hear final approval to start my doctorate classes September 1.

Your questions is? How are you going to work as Director of Social Media with Rivodeaux Marketing. A position that I am honored to work for and changed my life forever! In addition, earn your doctorate? The answer is....... Time management and both positions are completed remotely. When I head out to Denver, Salt Lake City, St George, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Diego on my Western Social Media tour. The tour begins September 17, 2010. I will be working and taking my first class to earn my doctorate.

Two years ago, I was going to write my dissertation on Education. Both of my MA degrees are in Education. I made decision this week, to follow my heart , and research in regards to my passion in life!!......What is my passion in life? Marketing!! I will have a lot of time on my road trip to mastermind what area of Marketing I would like to study, but I want to focus on including marketing and education as topics for my dissertation.
